Bread Making 101--My Donation to Ward Auction

Step No. 1
Assembly Bosche mixer and all ingredients.

Handy Hint: Put Away Each Ingredient After You Use It In The Recipe

Step No. 2
Enlist husband to grease pans.

Step No. 3
Put dough into pans.

Step No. 4
Let rise under cloth.

Step No. 5
Let rise about this much.

Remove from oven.

Step No. 7
Brush tops with Crisco.

Step No. 8
(To be done AFTER bread has cooled.)
Use electric knife to slice bread.

Step No. 9
Check out the texture of the bread.

Handy Hint:  Purchase bread bags and twisty ties at Smart and Final.

Take to Ward Auction

Oh my gosh! That bread looks so DELICIOUS!!! The electric knife cut, bags, and ties make it look so professional too. What's your recipe?

P.S. Oh, and my birthday is coming up, so in case all the loaves didn't auction off (I don't know how they wouldn't!), you could ship one my way. It would only be the BEST birthday present EVER!!
